Instead of keeping my 2G in storage, I have decided to try selling it as I am working in NYC; it's in storage in Ottawa. I know I am going to regret this sale because it's hard to find clean ones at this price. Jay at Tapp Auto in Ottawa knows this car well.

It was built in the second half of 1998. I bought it in June'06 from a guy on this board. I have put about 5K kms on it. The price is $9,750 obo. I want to sell it to the right buyer as I have taken good care of it. It turns many heads and many people mistake it for an '02 by its condition; of course not knowing the 2G years.

5 sp.,Silver on grey leather,A/C,cruise,18" Dynamic gun metal grey wheels,lowered w/Apex springs,K&N filter,cruise,full power group. Viper alarm and Pioneer system with subwoofer and amp, Krown rust proofed, not driven in winter,very clean,all belts including timing done in April/07. I never raced it.

I never thought I would be doing this but since I will be in Ottawa this Friday for 5 days, I am letting my 2G go for to the highest offer so I don't have to come back to Ottawa again for the sale. Serious buyers only please!

It's very clean but I must disclose that the sunroof (motor works fine but track to tilt sunroof to close shut is broken - the sunroof is currently in the closed position) and rear wiper don't work and I didn't bother fixing them because I don't use them.

Just checking if anyone is interested before I put it in the auto trader next week?

Wow, that's a damn sexy talon. I'm the friend Mike was mentioning:P I wish I could take out a loan for that, I'm only 17 so the bank won't even look at me for one. Best of luck with the sale though, whoever gets it is one lucky guy.

What's the underbody situation in?
Any rust on this vehicle at all?
When was the clutch done? or has it been done at all?

It is since I cannot get it inspected by my mechanic, or any mechanic I know between my house and Mississauga.

Sold my 2G yesterday and I already miss it.
