ya, I Was thinking that, but this puddle is huge, so I'm not sure, this thing is just too much of a hassle. I think I might just sell it as is

If my loan from the bank goes through, this car will be for sale for $2000, will have to be towed since I don't really care to figure out what's wrong with it.

Finally got around to the car today, pulled the spark plugs

Do you think they are f'd ? Looks like they are
What would this be from? They are dry. Car was not blowing any smoke, ran nice, just slowly had a harder time turning on.

Pictures are not very sharp, but looks like you have a HUGE gap. Can hardly see the centre electrode. Are they worn away? Are they those "iridium" (not sure of the spelling) plugs? Have you tried replacing with properly gapped simple NGK's?

I didn't do the gapping, so I haven't, but I will when I buy some new ones. No they weren't, they were the ones they tell you to buy in the manual BPR6EGP.

The middle looks to be worn into a point, instead of a regular surface.

Try BPR6ES for stock boost. That is what everyone runs stock.
If you have it turned up, and more fuel, try BPR7ES

Thanks Ziggy, I will try the BPR7ES, car is at 14 pounds of boost, with a wally 255lph and 550cc

You think these could be my no start issue?

The fact that you say the car was "slowly getting harder to start" makes me think yes, these could very easily be your issue. Now, there COULD be something else that caused the plugs to wear the way they did...but I would start with new plugs.

Forsure. Well, if I put in new plugs, fixes it, then it does it again, then I know I gotta have it looked at

I checked with my local part source, they don't have 7ES, only 6ES and 8ES

If you're only running 14psi on a 14b, I would run the 6ES.
Actually, you should run the 6ES until you are having a problem with knock and are not able to tune it out easily. Colder plugs will foul if you don't need them, and you'll be back here again.

Alright guys, car is running again!! After I fired it up though, smoke was coming out of where the exhaust mani connects to the turbo, not a lot, but enough that I could see it with the trouble light on and at night. No smoke coming out of the exhaust though. I'm thinking since it was flooded and didn't run for a week that a lot of the fuel and oil was still in there, I'm guessing it's burning off.

What do you think?

After the car had been running last night with the little bit of smoke coming from the exhaust mani all my temps were good, removed the coolant cap on rad hose after the car had been off for a while, and it was still full and green. Oil level is a little high (I put in a tiny bit too much)

If it was badly flooded, hope you did an oil change. The old oil is probably 1/3 gasoline, and actually WASHING the oil off your engine parts INSTEAD of lubricating them.

yep! Did a full oil change, filter and everything. The oil stunk of gas too, was gross. Put in all new 20w50 and she's running fantastic right now smile
