The newest 2G will be 10 years old, and newer cars have technology that make the DSMs near-obsolete. It'd be more worth it to go for a used EVO from the US, now that they can be brought in. And as good as the 2Gs look on the outside, I could never get over the 'girl-designed' interior. It's nice, but the 1G interior fits like it was custom-designed for me. Every 2G I've sat in and driven I've always felt like an 'operator' as opposed to a part of the car...

The problem with newer cars and their technology is that all the new stuff weighs too much. I prefer a simpler car, but I'm sure I would make use of adjustable diffs. Just skip all that performance robbing, fuel sucking nav-dvd-home theatre in your car. I'd wait until the new Lancer Ralliart is released. It should be a lighter version of the EVO X.

It's gonna take a while, but a paint job is on my list of things to do. Nice list of mods all you need after the injectors and link are some arp head studs and a clutch and you'll make some big power. 1995 AWD talon
