Doesn't work that way, Adam. It may depend on the Province, but I'm pretty sure that if someone takes your picture, it's THEIR property.

Could have been PS'ed though, Rob. Everyone knows that Tash hardly ever exceeds 'parking lot speed'. *Laugh* The only PS change I'd consider making is maybe snagging the rear wheel and putting it over the front one to make it seem cleaner... 1Ga Pewter Mist FTW! Wise guy eh? You guys are too funny! I was going to run my R-compounds but they have break-out times for un-caged cars and I could beat that time on streets. Hence, the brake dust covered front wheels...and after an 8hr drive the night before, I wasn't too concerned with appearance, mine or the car's! Next year I'll be keeping her shiny for all events and make sure to get high res. pics from people. The event was in a public place so anybody can snap pictures of whatever they want. It's their property. However, if they were to use your image to make money (like stock photo) then you have the right to your share. Of course most events have an 'event' photographer and you end up giving consent for any use of our image without any reward via the entry forms. It's also highly ignored by the POlice.

manuel, I was looking at pictures you posted of spike, and in one, the front bumper seemed black, and in another, it was painted same as rest of body, green. Or is it just the angle of the camera? This: http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e120/talongsx/photoshoot002-1.jpgI have to say, it looks much better with flat black up front.

I guess I cant complaint. Not bad for a car that I may sell next year. Yeah Bashar, I did like it better. It did looked way more agressive, but spike deserved to had its little bumper painted. This is spike when it was little and innocent. -Manuel

Just got my manifold back from Fireball Coatings, they did a full inside and out ceramic coating on it, and it turned out amazing. By the way, this guys are great to deal with, one of the best costumer service I ever had. So here is the before and after. After: -Manuel

It was 150, it reduces temperatures by 40%.
.........And yeah Ill acept that the looks were a big part of me doing it, I was just going to wrap the manifold but then I made my numbers and It worked out pretty good,(I got the manifold for almost nothing)
-Manuel Hey Manual, that looks like their "std" coating, I believe its rated to around ~1300F? Did you get their internal coating as well, believe they call it something like XPT? I'm wondering if that coating will stand up to the kind of EGT's we see (if you had the internal coating done, that'll probably help)? They did all my coating for me (heatshield, turbine housing, O2 housing & complete downpipe) but I had it all done in the high temp (~2200F) satin black & had the O2 & downpipe done internally with that XPT coating (they don't normally do turbine housings internally because of wheel clearances).

Looks good Alex! Now you just need to do the front bumper as well, at least get rid of the eagle symbol.
Don't know about you, but I've never seen an "Eagle Eclipse" before.

Tashko did you sign a media release for that event? I say frack that guy its your car, did he ask you to take a picture? If it is a public event and there is no expectation of privacy on the part of the driver then the picture is the property of the photographer whether he asked to take it or not. Since it was a competitive event the only person other than the photog who might have a claim to it is the event organizer depending on their policy. That being said I don't know a single photographer who would object to seeing their image published. If it had been my image and you wanted to publish it I would simply ask for a credit in the publication and a copy once it is printed. Unless of course you are making money from the sale of the calender .... then I'd want my piece too =)
