I'm still on an ACT2600 that has been through approx 6 disks, ACT street disk, and ACT Flywheel. Good enough for me to run 10's. I'm happy with ACT and may just step up to an ACT 2900 and street disk, though I am pretty confident my current setup will still be fine for low 10's. Clutch adjustment and proper engagement are key to making a clutch last long, hold the power, and shift good at high rpm's

Shaun Little's car down my way has a twin-disc, Troy. But I'm not sure which one it is or if he's 'tested' it out. I can ask him for the details if you'd want, but I don't think he's ever had any sort of 'budget' set for that car...

He's never had it running long enough TO drive it. He's a distant cousin of mine. I think my favourite moment was after he'd rebuild Scharok's car and showed me the engine. "That's a brand new timing belt? Where's you get it from, Shawn?" "NAPA." "I can tell. There's two 1/2" cracks through it already! You need to change it for an OEM or Contibelt, NOW." "Nah. NAPA's good stuff. It'll hold." A few weeks later I asked a mutual friend why I hadn't seen the car on the road. "Timing belt broke or something..." He's had to rebuild that engine more times than I can count.

And it only made it to the dyno. But it did score somewheres around 520 FWHP. I lent him my welded coupler so he could take it to NB. Says he will never go there again lol... He claims something in the engine was at fault.. I am sure it was. This past summer he built another. Got a guy from the states to tune it. Worked best it ever had. Got to the track. The ignition broke down. So he took it home, took the engine apart, sold off the internals to build it up with even better gear... Personaly I am not even sure there is better then what he already had!
Everythings new. Updates will be soon.

That was the last I saw it. Buddy was coming up to tune the AEM EMS for him, so he was only running 7 psi. The car was STILL impressive, and he was just babying it.
I don't think he'll rest until he matures (yeah, right! *Laugh*) or he gets to >600whp.
