It is basically like new. I bought it in November from Futureshop and i've found that I don't really use it much.

I paid $340 for it looking to get $240 firm for it.

There isn't a single scratch on the ipod, it was put in a silicone case/ with a screen protector since day 1.

The ipod still has Apple factory warranty for another 8 months.
