I had a friend come to me with a offer I thought I would post, he can get drill and dipped rotors for cheap around $35 - $50 depending on the car.
I asked him what they are made of and he is looking into it, he said he could get them for any car and they won't bleed out(rust) at all. He is giving me a set of 4 rotors laugh to prove it, I will post up to let people know how they hold up, and if there is any interest PM make and model and I will look in to it. I also believe there is no time limit on these.

I wouldn't recommend drilling a rotor that has not been engineered for it. There are too many things to take into account for it to be done properly. Distance from each other, inner to outter hole spacing. What if he messes up and drills through a vent. I'd be careful with this stuff. I got cheap rotors like these and they cracked within a season with no auto-x use... On a car that weighs generally a 1000LBS less then a talon.

Ok, I have gotten a lot of PM's and questions, I will be in touch with him tonight(I hope). As for undrilled, I am sure I could get them too, I know he has the same ones on his 90 awd talon, and his 93 civic lol pretty much every car he owns. Any ways I will be giving him a list of what everyone has said, then will post up as soon as he looks into it
