Getting everything lined up to do a 14B install in my car. Want to see what I should replace when doing the swap. Of course all the gaskets will be changed. Using all AN oil lines, likely replace the water lines for safety too.
Anything else I'm missing? I'm going to feed it from the OFH like the T25, I'm thinking about adding an inline filter on the SS line, good idea?
Also would 15psi on the stock 2G fuel system (rewired pump) be too taxing?

Bahh, I've always gone for a nice 20 minute drive or so (with some heavy boosting ) and as soon as I got home, leave the engine running, pop the hood and crack those 4 turbo bolts loose. I've never had a problem with the head studs. In saying that, if it were me, I would replace the following (And always have): Turbo Bolts Manifold-Head Studs Exhaust Manifold Gasket 7CM Ziggy Stainless Special Turbo-Manifold Gasket O2 Housing gasket (Again, Ziggy's Stainless one) If you're doing AN Lines for the return, be sure to get a straight and a 90 fitting. I find this to be the best combo for fitment and lack of crimpage. If you really want to go all out, a JMF heatshield would look great too! Take the time to do the conversion. While you're at it (Since the coolant's been drained) why not pull your Thermostat housing off the head to clean it up. Hell, you can do the same to the water pipe while you're at it! The 2G does not have any gaskets, but uses O-Rings and seals pressed into the housings. A little RTV gets you all sealed up again! Take the radiator out as well, it will give you more room. Pulling the whole manifold with Turbo and O2 attached is actually a great idea, and will save you a lot of headache. If you end up taking the nuts off the studs and the studs don't come with the nuts, a simple double-nut removal procedure will get them out. I've done that to every head for years and never had a problem. Just remember, just because it's not a big FP30XX turbo, doesn't mean you can't take the time to do a nice clean install.
