Hey so this is what happend as i was driving normally down the road my car just suddenly died i didnt hear any bangs or pops, as i was pulling into the gas station in neatral i put it into first gear and tried to get the engine started by roll.. that also did not work. I tried to start it with the key, and the engine wont turn over i can hear a lound buzzing sound from the starter.
I took the top timing belt cover off to notice that it had lots of threads coming off the actual belt.
So now my real question is, is this an easy fix? Like can i just change the belt or does something else get broken after the belt?
This is frustrating as i just bought this engine FULLY rebuilt and with HKS cams.. basicly the works.

Bent valve, guaranteed. Happened to me as I was crawling to a stop and even then I didn't escape unscathed. Sorry 'bout your luck.

You will have to replace a piston(s) aswell because the valve(s)will be planted in them, the atempted to bum start it wouldn't help the sitch either. your buzzing starter is free wheeling the crank most likly with no t-belt to join things, (stop turning it over), So, complete head with gasket, t-belt, atleast one or two pistons, bore the cylinders, clean out metal chunks they will end up in the turbo blades, I'm sure there will be more. Did you inspect the t-belt job before putting it in you car?.

I would say piston damage from a broken t-belt is rare. Unless a valve actually broke off ( like this), the piston and cylinder walls should be fine. The head casting may be reusable after new guides are installed (the machine shop will tell you). The pistons have those dents in the from the factory (for valve clearance), they are not a sign of impact although they sure do look like it.

I would be more worried about a broken piece of valve digging into the cylinder wall, rather than a ding on the piston.
So not busted valves, and the block should still be fine.

It all depends on how fast you were going to. I bent 6 exhaust valves while going over a speed bump lol, so i wasnt going very fast. Speed doesnt help the situation, either does trying to turn it over. But i dont think you would have damaged the pistons but you wont know until you take the head off.

That's a lot of carnage for idle. The ones I've seen were like Cody's pics. Paul B. - we need some pics, is the head off yet?

I bent 10 valves and the car was NOT even running. I got the t-belt changed and tensioner, brought the car home, alternator went. Ordered alt, replaced it and was trying to get car started when tensioner failed. Oil leaked out of the tensioner and FAIL. When trying to start, it briefly fired then nothing. Back to the shop it went. Of course this happened when I was green to talons and I paid for the head job. A live and learn. Now only I touch the t-belt. That accident was a great educator and motivator.
