Hey Everyone,

Its that time of year again to get started on a calendar for 2010!
I would like to have everyone's help with putting it together. We will have the month of November to gather all the pictures that way we will have it just in time for the new year.

Cost will stay the same as last year $20 each plus shipping.

And of course any profit will be donate to the board.

To keep the quality of the pictures clear I request all the images submitted be the original size image. No cell phone pictures will be accepted due to quality.

I can upload the full size images to my flickr account, to stop the quality from shrinking well sharing.

Any questions or concerns just shoot me a pm

We can all judge the pictures for the final decisions.

I think there is a bigger one somewhere, I can't find it at the moment.

Is this going to be the same calender Ziggy running?

No. Ziggy is doing an RTM one with DSM's, Subaru's, and other cars. This, I believe is only DSM.

Got it, Ill submit some pictures this weekend once exams are done.

BTW, if anyone in KW area wants to meet we can have a mini shoot and also use the pictures for this with minor editing...let me know guys...

I got some great pics to work with so far! I'm using a local printshop & I'm sure we will be pleased with the final product.

Manuel, I would love if you could arrange a photoshot for some local toronto guys. Im a bit far otherwise I'd come help! Id like a nice group shot for the cover.

Ill make a list of the entry's so far, but Ill have to go threw them 1st cause I have them submitted a few different ways.

Where do you think the best location would be?

Underground gararage, if anyone knows of a nice one, I usually go to parking lots with flourecent/white light instead of the yellowish ones.

There is a theater just north of yonge and Sheppard on the east side I went to take pictures at once. There is some neat light and a few cool places to take pics around that area.

I got the prototype of the calendar and they turned out really nice!! Ill make a few minor changes and then production will begin.
The price will be $20 shipped, and you will receive them mid December just in time for the new year.

The paper is really shinny and it reflects even without a flash, but you get the idea. Pictures don't do it justice

I apologize the calendars took longer than expected, I had to change printing companies as I had issues with custombuiltcalenders.com in Toronto so I used Ottawa Scene printing in Ottawa and Im very pleased with the result. The calendars are a little larger than the original sample! With that said...

Everyone who has paid me up to today the calendars have been mailed! I have 10 calendars left of the 25 printed. Depending on the interest I can have more made! I am not personally making any money on these calendars. They cost me $15 each, shipping and the cost of envelopes are $3, $1 is donated to the board, that leaves $1 to spare for any paypal fees!! Any profits leftover after all expenses are paid will also be donated.

Alex, I sent you a message that your parts are here (at least the splash shields and bumper cover). I don't have the DSM calendar Tara did. I did an "RTM - car enthusiast" calendar that is NOT DSM specific..It has a few nice DSMs in it, but a lot of other cars also...

For this to be a true Talon calender, it has to be delivered on the back of a tow truck and include a one year membership to CAA.

Couldn't have it said better myself LOL.
