it looks like a 91 Fwd turbo Laser, awd was introduced in 93 for the laser.

Yeah I didn't have time for it back then when it needed a rack, tie rods, new ball joints, new downpipe, all new breaks, new 14b and blah blah blah the list goes on but since the body was pretty much mint and only got $400 dollar offers I kept it and fixed all the crap wrong with it and she shall be my winter beater this year.

Actually AWD was introduced to the Laser mid-92. The same time the 1Gs went to 7 bolt motors, with 4 bolt rearends.

Not exactly. I have a pre-March 92 Laser with a 6-bolt and 4-bolt rear.

Both of my(previous) 92 laser's were 6/4 and one of them had an early April 1992 build date.

Great so far, Picked it up last night!
Quite a bit faster than 75HP Passat. Its about 260hp.
Super comfortable on the highway. got 9.0L/100km for gas.

yea I didnt miss it when I had my 1gb but now that I got the 1ga again. I don't know why I switched.

Thanks guys, those are indeed Super Advan SA3's 17x9 +19 w/15mm spacers to clear. 245/40 tires. They stick out about 1 1/2 inches on all 4 corners. Megan coilovers with some stiff dampening, fronts rub only on hard cornering. All this was miraculously made to work by Raf.
