Hello.
Replacing the old Bushings can be a task but can be done if you have time and patience.
You can either cut, push or burn the old Bushings. Some of the Rear Conrol Arms can be a bitch to remove as the Bolts will probably be rusted inside the Metal Sleeve inside the OE Bushing. Sawzall is what I used.
New Bushings will need to be pressed in. You could take all of the Control Arms off, remove the old ushings and take the Ams to a shop for them to press your bushings in. Or; buy your own Hydraulic Press. IIRC I paid about $150 at Crappy for my 12 Ton Hydraulic Press.
Hope this helps.
Ghislain.

It can be a pain if you don't have the right tools.
I can recommend a shop in Scarborough, All Tech Auto, owner's name is Sako. Good bunch of guys, good pricing and great work.
Personally when I do my kit in the spring, I'm going to buy all new control arms and just press out the bushings and replace them with the ES ones.

Hey Sako!
Yeah haha, my buddy goes to him as well.
Sorry to hijack, but I guess I should get fresh control arms too?
I have new struts and wanna pick up the pro kit from Eibach.
I have the Sportlines, but they are too low for me.

If you are doing this Alex, take your time and maybe tackle a few things while you're under there.
If you can afford to have a wee bit of downtime, send your control arms and whatnot over to Brightside Coatings for some powdercoat. Take your knuckles apart, clean them up, and rockerguard your wheel wells. It makes sense since you have them all apart to do a little "freshening" up of your front suspension.
Good luck and let us know how they turn out!

Good luck and let us know how they turn out! Brian I can't find any info on Brightside Coatings place? Overall I respect your recommendation and will follow it. I will be posting more pics and hopefully you will school me on this as I make my progress here is a short story, I own her since 1996 and it has been daily driven car ever since. It never let me down and I never ever used toll truck. Its been the best! I owned few other cool cars and some of my friends pushed me to get rid of Talon; It never happened! I want to restore her and make her look and run best. I don't won't to break anyone's quarter mile record, instead, I want to know her inside out. Have a feeling "which many of you have" when looking under the hood knowing it all!!! every hose and bolt! As you can see on the pics below I have a VERY long way to go Brian, Daren Peacock, Paul Sitarski I've seen your rides and you did an amazing job! I want to do it too. Some of your pics are posted around my garage. My wife is so jealous! Brian I was referring to your previous 1G. 14B Turbo cleaned up. Very reliable! Will be pushing her to the max! Brian, I got rid of that Power Steering cooler. Will be ordering an alternative cooling solution from the site you posted earlier link
