Looking good. Is that a new front motor mount? or is it painted? Mike: This is a new mount with energy mount inserts. I still need to replace rear mount I just can't find a way to it! Looking great, next, 2gb high rise spoiler We'll do. I bought one from Bogdan Kunac last week. Just need to be installed and painted. Still not sure what to do with stock 2ga spoiler. Leave both or just GSX wing!? Jamie Loo FMIC Kit? What'd you do with your coolant overflow? Yes same kit that you got Mike. I re-mounted stock coolant overflow to one of the slim fan supporting arm. Looks awesome with those front headlights and front mount slap on some more aggressive wheels next Looks really clean Alex.. Im doing something similar Ill get some pictures up soon, but yeah great job.. Mabey a nice valve cover to finish it off Thanks for the kind words gentlement

Please don't leave both on there. You'll end up looking like a ricer. Ryan L's 2g had both wings on there, and every time I saw it, I died a little inside. Just ruins the look of the car. Do it right. Otherwise, Alex, VERY nice work. Keep it up. Thanks for the advice. Not sure how the 2ga spoiler is mounted under there but I guess I would need to cover some big holes.

Wow, that's absolutely gorgeous.
Lots of TLC.
That's exactly what my baby needs.
What did you use to clean the front of the block like you did and what did you use to paint it? I sprayed the block with some Canadian Tire engine digresser than I used power washer to washed it all off; I did it twice. For the paint I used high temperature caliper paint. Bought it in CT as kit for 20$ (forgot the brand name). Kit came with enough paint to paint all calipers, engine and exhaust. For exhaust manifold, turbo, and o2 housing I used different high temperature paint. I will post it here once I am back home today.

Awesome!
Thanks for the info Alex!
Your car's freakin' CLEAN. I love it.
Once I get my mechanical things in order I'm going to get a new left fender and a hood, since mine are both rusted.
Then I'll treat the body to some new paint if I can afford it later.
I want a shiny DSM, not a dull one like mine.
Edit: Sorry I'm a complete newbie when it comes to cleaning cars and such. Did you just spray on the degreaser and then pressure wash it off or did you scrub it in using something?

the silicone is holding on the exhaust manifold? Yes I used that between aluminum head and exhaust manifold. The temperatures there will not exceed what that silicone was rated for. Do you not have an actual gasket then? I used both. (gasket + silicone) Ahh, you're more than fine then.
