After going through hell with one Subaru dealership and finally going to Budds, I've ended up with a 2010 Impreza WRX in World Ralley Blue.
It's the last one in WRB as I'm guessing since the '11s will be coming to shore soon.
I should have it within a few days.
This is replacing my leased 07 Impreza 2.5 Special Edition.
The Talon will NOT be going anywhere, as the Subaru's are my DD's.
Lots of things I want to do to this car, but between warranty and the wife learning how to drive it (doesn't drive standard) I think power wise stock is the best setup....for now.

At least it's almost a modern day Talon laugh

Congrats on the new car! A buddy of mine has a 2010 Impreza WRX in WRB too, and she looks mighty sharp next to my Ralliart! 265whp will be plenty of ponies for your wife to learn to drive on wink

Hope to see her in person!!!

Thank Eric
Hope to meet in person as well, as I could actually thank you for the sunvisors for the Talon.

100% identical to my friend's Subie! He picked it up at Budd's also, next to Budd's BMW. Oakville, I think?

That would be the place.
Not 100% the same though, I'm pretty sure my plate would be different tongue
I'm taking it back to the dealer for 10:00, they are swapping my rear view mirror from my old car to this one for me. I had the dimmer with the compass.
First thing will be to paint those terrible rear lights, and get my Clarion Nav installed.
I'm also getting a guy to custom make a "A" pillar gauge pod for me as there is none available for this car, these things have no boost gauge....very odd to me.
Then getting it tinted and that'll probably be it.

Mine doesn't have a boost gauge either, in the 2010 Lancer Ralliart. Always thought that was kind of important... nonetheless, yeah, the car is very sharp.

Since I've been driving my Ralliart, I've noticed more Subies are paying attention and giving their 'props'. It's a completely different world that the DSM though, I kind of like it wink

As much as I love Subaru's, I cannot stand the new body style.

They must be doing something right. They are having the best sales they've ever had.

Maybe so, but the older models were way nicer.

They were nice as well...I just handed in a 07 for my 10.
But this car is SO much nicer inside. Much more refined, quiter, faster and much easier to do things to...plus you start of with more power to begin with.

Ah ya, I noticed all the 2004 - 2008 or whenever they changed to the new body style, STIs and WRXs had a really plain interior. I was thinkin, for 50 grand, the interior should be a little more detailed than this.

Don't get me wrong. The previous gen is nice as well. But I do think this gen is a huge improvement.
If I was allowed. I'd of kept my 07 and the 10 along with my Talon. My wife doent think I need 2 cars plus hers, nevermind 3.
Also I could never fit anyone in the back seat of my 07. That's not a problem anymore with these new gens.

I think that $50 grand went towards the 300hp rally car you'd be driving...Not luxury.
