Sorry Chris, I do not carry 3" High Flow cats. I see them being sold for $80 - $120 at most locations. However, I can give you a nice deal with my almost sold out 3" Vband kits (five sets left)- and I can make runs to the West end of the GTA.

Few things to note, I only have the following in really low quantities - I'll be advertising Canada-wide, so hurry! :
10 kits of the 2g Short Route FMIC kit
4 Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator kits
4 GSX Turbo Backs
3 GST Cat-backs
4 Universal FMIC 31x12x3
4 Universal FMIC 31x12x4

How much for the 1g rads? Do you have a large quantity of them? How much thicker are they than stock? Do they come with any slim fans?

Thanks.

Sorry for the delay. I'll keep the same price as before for radiators... $219+taxes+shipping for either.

They are much thicker at 2" thick, both endtanks and core thickness.

Slim fans are extra, but I am out of stock for now.

Thanks for all the inquiries!

I would like to update this thread and post some information on the 2g intercooler kit, and address some commonly discussed issues.

I was out of stock of this for a long time, now I only have 8 sets for entire Canada.

2g Short Route Intercooler kit $349
(These are old pictures, will post newer pictures of proposed set ups soon)
- Black couplers included in this kit (pictures have blue)
-Will include either:
* extra couplers/clamps and extension for regular MAS set up, or
* 2x 2.5"-3.25" coupler sets/clamps for GM MAF set up
* Contact me with your set up plans
- 3.5" thick, humongous core - Larger than 3" universal cores
- Stainless Steel piping (aluminum optional - contact me for details)

With Stainless Steel piping
[Linked Image]
[Linked Image]

With Aluminum Piping
[Linked Image]

Why buy this kit from MotorForce?

-Shipping within Canada
-Faster, low cost shipping - send your postal code/town for a quote
-No cross border hassles
-Will include either:
-extra couplers/clamps and extension for regular MAS set up, or
-2x 2.5"-3.25" coupler sets/clamps for GM MAF set up
-Stainless Steel piping comes with a flat throttle body
-Many ca.dsm.org and other Canadian DSM board members have this kit.
-Can offer bundle prices with Type-S BOV and J-pipe if requested
-Over all cost will be lower with all considered.
-No surprise fees after purchase

Compared to Ebay systems:
-You will be short of couplers
-They come with aluminum piping kit will come with a warped Throttle body surface(they all do, I have them to show you)
-Overinflated shipping is well due ebay fees and crossborder courier fees
-Cross border hassles/duties/taxes
-Fees before and after shipping/arrival

Compared to other brands
-modified or missing upper core tab
-mounting/bolt holes are too big
-Yes, pre-hole can be nice, but not everyone's set up is the same. And some of us like it nice and tight laugh
-Extra mounting hardware might not be of your liking
-the Greddy BOV holes might intefere with the 'inside' vacuum/pressure hole of the 1g BOV and its seal
-Shorter inlet/end pipes of core
-Less couplers, not enough couplers, or 90 degree coupler may not be for your set up.
-Less modularity - with less parts, it harder to change set ups.
-In other words, you are restricted to their prescription of what they think is good for you.
-Fees before and after shipping/arrival

In short, Motor Force is the better choice for flexibility.

Again, for those outside Ontario: It's a good time to buy before the HST hits. 8% is a significant saving on purchases this size.

For the 2g AWD turbo-back system, I only have 5 in stock at this very moment.

Here are the details, and my humble opinions further down...

2g AWD Turbo-back
$439+taxes+shipping
-Stainless Steel
-Cat-delete downpipe with flex section included
-Mounting tab (to engine) on the downpipe for better turbo-support
-Muffler points straight out, not slanted
-Resonators are functional, full sized, not slim 'bottle' types
-2x resonators and 1x muffler
-Includes a low restriction silencer
-Includes gasket and bolts

[Linked Image]
pic1 pic2 pic3 pic4 pic5 pic6

Why choose this kit, compared to other systems?

-for the price of the Catback (elsewhere...anywhere), you get a full Turbo Back (downpipe and catback)

-The downpipe inlet and neck design of 2.5" to the flex pipe ends feature these benefits:
* clears the oil pan area nicely - specially if it rocks, imagine if you don't motor mounts already
* mounting tab provides both exhaust and turbo support to the engine - other aftermarket ones don't feature this, leading to exhaust manifold fatigue/cracks.
-Downpipe is cat delete, but a straight path allows you to easily add a cat converter of your choice, by welding one - excellent if you want a v-band, easy to swap set up. Rear O2 bung is already present in the mid-pipe.

- Plumb ends on the hangers stay on rubber mounts as intended - some aftermarket systems are just straigh rods with flatted ends.

-The orientation of the muffler is straight out
* Perfect for those looking for a clean aftermarket look
* Excellent value for those looking to customize their mufflers to a stock-look, as piping is already pointing at the right direction. I recommend a V-band set up for easy to swap/customizable looks, sound and performance any time of the year, street or track.
* Other systems have slanted mufflers - with Motor Force's turbo-back, you will spend less time and effort playing with angles for your custom system.

-Resonators and Mufflers are real and functional for aftermarket performance - with sound absorbing material inside perforated and straight through chambers.

-Few things to be aware of:
* One of the rear hangers need to be removed and flipped over to properly mount this huge 3" system
* Some had no issues with the system, and are happy on their install. Few had issues with the rear muffler hanger that needed some bending/mods to get closer to the bumper. Adjusting the hangers also helped any minor clearance issues. At the end, they are happy owners.
* I point this out for the best of your interest. I should also note that many popular and big branded systems have similar or more issues. For many of us, this is the nature of modding.

This kit comes in a huge box. Canadian shipping saves you money/time/hassles. Send me your Postal Code and City for a low-cost shipping quote.

Great quality in sound and performance - There are few threads on this board testifying this. Owners please feel free to chime in.

Get this from Motor Force for the best value all around.

Thanks Mike!

I only have two of these TurboBacks, and I am also very low in 2g FMIC kits.

Sold out on the 3" intercoolers, and have few piping kits left!

Overall, I am low in a lot of things.

For radiators, I just got the fans (in low quantities, I can only bundle few sets). For those waiting for the radiator+fans combo, get a hold of me while quantities last

PM or email with your needs!!!!

Just as a friendly reminder...

For BC DSMer's.... only for the next couple of months - pay only GST!! (Don't like the HST plan) Ontario residents enjoy low shipping cost and GTA area free deliver/pickup within reason.

All other non-HST provinces will continue to enjoy GST only sales, but only while quantities last smile

I apologize for the slow build of the website. The DSM portion should be my main focus, but I am running low on stock on DSM items. Please have a look at the kijiji link as I have most of my listings updated there.

Also, without getting into details, I am planning to make big changes in the way I conduct business, and will be clearing inventory. I'll be really busy the next few months, and it will be another season before I bring inventory.

So if you have plans for your upgrades, for any vehicles/projects, feel free to email me (info@motorforce.ca) for no-commitment-to-buy discussions so I can bring the right items to you in my next shipment.

On that note:

- I have lots of BOV/Diverter valves, Catch Cans, silicone couplers and t-bolt clamps, and Turbo-Timers...

- Silicone couplers/t-bolt clamps (mostly Black) - I am matching a popular online US vendor to the nearest Canadian dollar for clearance. Combined with un-inflated, In-Canada low-shipping, you will save even more. This is the best time to buy them before I am out of stock.

- One 2g AWD turboback system left. If you thought about having it this summer or even this year, PM/email me immediately to grab this last one.

- Three 2g FWD catbacks left - pm/email me if you want them, although they are good kits, not planning to import more of these kits anytime soon.

- I have AFPR kits, sold many already. Owners feel free to provide some feedback.
[Linked Image]

- Tubular manifolds (tdo5h and T3) and O2 housings (internal recirculating) - out of stock. If interested, let me know so I can bring them in my next shipment.

-2g Short Route intercooler kits, few in stock.

- Radiators : Get your radiators/fan combos. I have a limited number of fans, therefore only few combos available. PM/email for pricing and details. For both 1g and 2g DSM's.

Note to some new DSM'ers. Radiators are easiest things to install too, and you can reuse your stock fans. I just helped installed 1g. Thermo sensor fits perfectly, and stock fan bolts on nicely.

Again, feel free to PM or email me - info@motorforce.ca

I did a review here:
http://www.ca.dsm.org/forums/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=276643&fpart=1

Note that I am pretty sure the regulator prices have changed from the ones listed in that post.

I am still rocking the regulator.

Mike it's been almost two years since you had in your talon. Its great to hear it is still rocking for you!

I am still deciding on this. Did you find a better way to mount that thing? It dosen't look right when its mounter right next the fuel rail.

It's been there ever since.
I actually like it there, just wish I could mount the back to something.
I am going to move it somewhere else when I put my new motor in though.

The DSM AFPR kit is $79.99+taxes, so that's $90.39, or simply $90 cash picked up in the GTA.

Again, I do ship Canada wide at very low cost.

Anyone that emails me knows that I like to give you tons of references and links.

For installation guides and mounting ideas:
http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/articles-engine-fuel/228159-how-build-your-own-afpr-kit.html

Yes, you can install it right on the rail, but I prefer to keep it away from the engine/heat. The minimal extra item you need is an adaptor to the fuel return line as seen in the thread above. Besides that, you can bolt everything in. But for a more cleaner set up you will need extra lines. Rubber or Stainless Steel braided nylon lines, everyone has different tastes and plans.

Thanks again Mike for the confirmation.

I should note that when Mike got the AFPR, I wasn't planning to get more of those items, until few people starting demanding them along with the Supra AFPR kit (same AFPR, different attachments). So he got few things at really good clearance prices. And at that time, market conditions have changed, shipping costs and at the time of purchase the dollar dropped.

Also, only few people pay attention to overall worldly details. With the HST, everyone is going to get screwed in prices. In few ways everything will go up in price because:

-If not by the HST directly, it will be through gas prices with extra 8%. Transport and shipping services will charge more. This greatly affects tangeable goods like car parts.

-BC customers can buy my stuff now with only GST in the next month, after that, they will be charged with both taxes.

We should be more like the French and "do" something about it -as in historically and even modern day-, but I guess we are all happy paying our taxes to politicians who just care about spending your money.

I don't want to hijack my own thread with HST rants, but I tell you now, things will go up in price, surely as politicians are short sighted and customers just complain of higher prices without understanding what happens behind business and the costs being incurred.

So buy it now, or buy it later at higher prices.

Got my Type RS from Jaime, got it installed, and everything is working awesome. Great sounding BOV, holding pressure, and I'm definitely noticing a faster spool / and feels like it's hitting harder. Adapter plate worked awesome as well, no need to re-weld or cut off my old 1G Adapter.

By adapter, do you mean an adapter to put the greddy bov on a 1g flange? why not just drill holes?

That's the adapter I'm talking about. Drilling the holes on my intercooler pipe just doesn't work. My 1G flange is welded on along the pipe, not across it. Also, with the ABS unit and the location of my flange the type RS would have hit my abs module, with the adapter, it's cut on an angle, so it gave me the room requires to mount the type RS. I'll take a picture

Passing by Barrie tomorrow, in the way to CFB Borden.

Those who have talked to me know that I like to give better pricing for fellow DSM'ers, and -I should note- even better for fellow soldiers laugh

So if anyone wants anything, PM with your cellphone/emails for a quick reply.

Have you been through the selection process and been sworn in? smile You already get repeat customer deals, so no worries, it only get's better. On that note Brandon, don't get rid of your rides yet... you will appreciate having them, specially when you live on base - worth the shipment cost if not the driving.

Back to the goods...

I am extremely low on inventory on many things, and sold out of many DSM goods (such as exhaust manifolds, turbo backs, o2 housings, j-pipes, td05h installation kits, etc.). I only have the following DSM-specific and related items:

[Linked Image]
[Linked Image]
1g and 2g Radiators - $199 + taxes + shipping
I got lots of these, and I would like to clear them.
Yes, 1g thermal sensor fits fine. Stock fans do fit on both.
Regularly priced at $219, get them before July 1st for $199 + taxes + shipping
Ask for 12" slim fans to go with them (regularly priced at $45, ask for rad+fan combo price)

<Qty 5 2g short route FMIC kits
<Qty 5 Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator Kits
Qty 1 Evolution FMIC (good for short route set ups)

For other parts available

Qty 1 3" Universal Intercooler Aluminum Piping kit

Lots of 27 x 6.5 x 3.5" Intercoolers
(For those who want a nice street set up with good cooling and no bumper beam removal)

BOV/Diverter Valves

Silicone couplers in black, straight, reducers, 45/90 bends - including 2-2.5 and 2.5-3" 90 degree couplers.

And to re-emphasize...for those in British Columbia, and everywhere else in Canada, save before July 1st. HST will affect shipping prices too, so buy before July 1st and save!!!

Again, please have a look at my local kijiji ads for my current offerings:

http://toronto.kijiji.ca/c-PostersOtherAds-W0QQUserIdZ7178724

Email me for preferential DSM'er and bundle pricing, as I do really detest dealing with kijiji lowballers. More than happy to give you deals and discounts if you ask politely and nicely laugh

Jamie, would you mind posting the dimensions of your square catch can? Plus additional photos showing the inside of the cover & can itself? I'm just trying to determine how easy / difficult it would be to add baffles & steel wool to them. Thanks.

They are hollow. The round one is easy to open, and i show it off all the time here locally. With the square one, it needs to be unbolted. Adding baffles/steelwool/high-heat foam is easy.

I will take it apart and take some pictures tomorrow.

Thank ya for the FMIC Jaime, fit well and shipping was bang on for the weekend. Fits nicely, but unfortunately the j-pipe I already had couldn't make the connection.

Can't wait to get some boost flowing through it smile
