It should compleately cover the Hole. The Arm might be bent or something. The Flaper Arm Seems to be the cause of the problem. Is there or can you see any wear in the Casting or in the Axle (for lack of a better term)??? Ghislain.

I had this happen on my 14B. Needless to say I had huge turbo lag! What it was, and judging by the picture, it's the same for you, the bushing that the flapper arm goes through worked it way out of the turbine housing. Probably because of the heating/cooling cycles. I fixed mine by gently but firmly tapping it back in place until the bushing bottoms out. Once done, the crack will be gone, and be prepared for very quick boost buildup. Hope this helps!
