I have a nice backyard and two large driveways if anyone wants to camp out. My house is too small for guests, lol

If anyone is planning on coming down on Friday night, free of charge camping can be arranged in the county close to the starting point with TONS of room for parking.

I could accomodate with a place to have a late night "cap".

In pieces? She'll be starting up tonight if all goes as planned. All the fluids are in, engine's primed. Everything is wired up.

Still need to put on bumper (need to drill out a few bolts) and install headlights/markers but otherwise not much left.

Oh yah, gotta wire my wideband into my ECU and get new crush washers for my clutch slave banjo bolt as it's leaking and I have a small water leak but nothing that'll stop her from running right now!

Us GTA guys are going to have to meet up some place in the morning. How about the parking lot of AMC theatres at 401 & Kennedy in Scarborough ? It should be pretty quiet on a Saturday morning, unlike Yorkdale.
There is also a Petro Canada right there in case anyone needs to fill up on ultra 94.

Only 11 guys so far ? Is everyone elses DSM down this year, lol ? Where is everyone ?

I think that it should be a pretty good cruise.

P.E.C. is a beatufull area and the road we plan to take is very nice and shold allow for a memorable event.

Pepeole should remember that the are has lots to offer so feel free to drive up the day before and spend Sunday going to the Beach and/or visiting the numerous winery. Make a vacation out of it.

There is a few member in the area and could defenately arrange for pre cruise meetings.

I wouldn't doubt that there will be a few who will show up without mentioning it. I'm sure there will be some Kingston guys show up, as well as a few others. It will be good.

Giz and I planned everything for about 30 cars (not people). Usually we see about 50-60% of that number (kinda sad....)

Just an FYI: Times are TENTATIVE at this point. I have yet to drive the route (this weekend) so I can get a better idea once I do.

Also, DO NOT FORGET to bring food, and a means to cook it!!! A camping chair would be advisable as well.

If we can get some bbq's going in the park, I'll get my wife to marinate some ckicken for us like last year. I just don't want to drive with the bbq in the hatch. I can always toss the meat in a cooler and bring it along

I drove this route yesterday, it took me a total of 2 hours to drive it all.

The first leg of the route is about 50kms taking us to Bird City and a conservation area where we are going to eat. From there, we'll continue on our journey to Bloomfield, along the coastline to the 401.

Timings:

We are going to meet at the Petro Canada at the corner of Adam St and Cannifton Rd. There is 94 Octane there, a HUGE parking lot and a Subway there for anyone who wants to grab a bite to eat.

This is exit 544 off the 401.

Everyone should meet there at 11AM. From there we'll just take it as the day goes. The last leg of the trip is about an hour and a half give or take, probably less than that. I did 10 over the limit for most of it and I did the whole thing from start to finish with 2 stops in 2 hours.

I wasn't laughing at your misfortune, i laughed cause i was looking at a kinked Eagle H-beam...was quite the sight. The head gasket was quite a piece of work too.

I'm pretty stoked too, i'm a long time mitsubishi fan, The first time i saw Ghislain's Talon at work with the big FMIC, put a smile on my face, cause most people i see driving DSM's don't take care of them, know nothing about them, or rice them out. Can't wait to see them all together.
