They say the reason for having a front license plate is that if you get in an accident and drive away people might not be able to catch the back plate if you are driving fast enough or something. That's what the cop told me when I got my front plate ticket.

Doesn't matter where it's mounted on the front, so long as it's visable. Both of my cars have it mounted on the front driver side corner, which is easier for oncoming traffic to see than on the passenger side corner, but I was even pulled over in my Lancer for no front plate when the OPP didnt see it. He promptly let me go when he saw it. Really it's no big deal anyway, even the ticket is only $110.00, no points, no insurance premium. Height and location of plate doesnt matter.

It must be "displayed on the vehicle, in the prescribed manner" (as per the HTA). So I guess that means you have to follow the instructions that come with the plate.

I had both ends of the stick so to speak. On my talon I got a ticket for having it in the front window, but when I had it mounted in the same spot in my RX7 I had no issues at all and both were mounted with suction cups half way up the window not just thrown on the dash. I think it depends on whether or not the cop feels like being a dick,lol.

I have mine velcro'd to the left side of my bumper where the fog light is. No issues.

haven't seen that before, that is slick, AWD too. The quality looks great, even has a sway bar, lol. I've seen some really bad nitro cars, but i've always had electric cars.

I'll be honest Mike and say I wasn't too crazy about the color and the black rims but it grew on me over the last few months.

The thing I enjoy the most though, is the reaction of people that have no knowledge on our cars and are quite surprised on how quick they are. I don't consider mine quick by any means but a friend of mine was over last night helping me install my HID retrofit and I took him for a drive to test the lights. When the car hit 22lbs, the look on his face was priceless lol.

Took a few more of mine today, added the 2gb Talon wing She's in deperate need of paint, but I'm waiting a little on that.

I sprayed them with Plasti-dip.

Plasti-dip is fun!

Paint is good to have but it's optional. I've been delaying paint for years. It is all about how she runs and usually paint does not interfere with adrenaline rush while u in the car

I'm one who likes a car to look as good as she runs, but I will always make sure the car runs better first! That's a good look though, I remember doing some work on that car haha.

I'm more about the go than the show, but of course I like the show too. Sooner or later I'll get it painted but in the meantime I'll work on my 1/4 mile

I am the same. I am building for all go first. Then i will work on the show next year. I also need a paint job I really like the Orange. That is a wicked paint job.
