Anyone here going? I'm going to make an effort to head over there after work, and see what my Talon does on the 1/4!

I'll almost definitely be there, unlikely that I'll be there with the Talon (if it's there, it ain't running down the 1/4 this weekend).

Should be good.

Gotta get Jamie to crank up the boost!!!

Or you could borrow from your RalliArt ponder

Get in touch with Garrett Mang!!!

Eric, come ON, you have to run the Talon this weekend.

I say we all find Eric some rubber for this weekend!!! Does ANYONE have any stockers with some shitty tires on them?

I just threw in some BPR8ES plugs at 0.028 and my miss seems to be gone.

Lets see if I can put her back in the low 12's Saturday night. Going to take some magic!!

I might put my cracked and ugly CF hood on, just to try to save weight, i desperately want to squeeze a 14s pass out of a non-turbo FWD lancer, even at 14.99 i'll be stoked.

I was going to fixed it up and paint to match the car, and save it for after the turbo conversion, but if i can cut some weight, i might throw it on for the night, even though it looks kinda yucky.

Oh yeah, and definately if no one else can help you out Eric, I got those wheels Giz gave me. You still have my address? you can stop by friday evening or saturday morning.

Me3 and rick bouder will be there.. he will be bringing his talon to race I think but I strill wont be bringing my talon cause I got drunk faster then I could work on my car,.tonite

Main things stopping me from bringing my talon..2 1/4 tbolt clamp, some velcro tape, and ugly stock stealth rims.

I tried ...I really tried!

Next time josh! next time!

Except that I work day shift til 530am til 530pm today, and have no time/desire to swap wheels. If I wasnt on shift I would have came to swap the wheels. I was going to race if plans worked out and someone could have picked up a rubber for me. Kind of disappointed, but guess I'll do Cayuga.

Two test runs with no smoke so I'm off for more meth and a bit more testing. Things are starting to look up.

Didnt see you there Wade! But I was kinda busy most of the night.

I didnt get a good run in tonight. Once I tuned out the knock, my wastegate was acting up on me. I'll figure it out tomorrow.

I was happy to get some clean runs in finally and great to see everyone drive home under their own power. I think there were 6 of us running plus another 2G GST I hadn't seen before
Didn't get my 11 second timeslip but did manage a personal best of 12.241s @ 111mph. Yes that third decimal point is important right Ryan?

Yes Jamie, that third decimal point is quite important.

I was quite happy, wait. VERY happy with how my night turned out.

Got 6 runs in, fastest was a 12.242 @ 110, still on the small 16G with room to grow still as I'm not knocking yet!

Also got my best 60' as of yet with a 1.71.

Was a great night, everyone drove home and we all had fun!

I saw the 12.2 's-very impressive. I was only spectating with my son and a friend. When we left around 9:30 I say somebody underneath the front right corner of a jacked up talon???

Yeah, i went with Rick that time, i knew something was wrong when i passed him, lol.

I was mid 15's as usual, no new records for me, i was a 10th slower than my best, but i think i shifting way too high, next time i'll keep it around 7k. I was just seeing if my new rev limit would help, but i don't think i'm making power up there.

So i think it's time for a turbo, i was hoping breaking 15s non-turbo could be done, without spending too much money, but i think boost will be a more cost effective way of getting into the 14's and hopefully 13's.

I was waiting for Ryan to chime in with further details. Young Lad did excellent time and Creamed my a$$ on 3 consecutive occassions.

Spill the beans GrassHopper, spill the beans!!!

Punk!!!

Wryan blew by me on 3 occassions. Best I did all night was 12.8 at around 108mph. I got him off the line on all 3 BUT it did not take long for me to see a black Shade leave my blind spot and make it's way clearely in front of me for clear wins.

I could of "maybe" get him on our last pass but missed my 4th shift. For those who did not know I destroyed my 1st Gear last T&T, replaced the busted bits and slapped on a new 3/4th Hub & Slider. Tranny shifts like it never did, I never heard a grind. That misshift was me wanted to do a quick shift in order to beat the A/T Shift Speed. Ain't gonna happend.

I'm still on the 11 sec quest but would not be surprised if Wryan gets one before me. All that on a Small 16G.

I should also mentionned that Jamie is not far from getting his 11 Sec Slip. All he needs to do is crank the boost pass 21 PSI.

See ya'll at the next T&T. I'll bring the 11 sec sticker for those that might get into the 11.
