Yup; Float stuck up.
Drive around of empty the Fank then jump into the "trunk" area to see if you can work it "empty".
Either that or get her back open and investigate.

Maybe the cluster gauge has something to do with it? were you in behind there at all recently? I remember I had shorted the VSS on my civic and after replacing it, It started working for about 10 seconds, then the cluster wouldn't read my speed at all. Changed the VSS 3 more times, ended up tracing the problem back to the cluster itself.
