Who's taking the lead on this?

July 14/15 is only a few short weeks away, we'll need to come up with a working itinerary for those who are going... Should we get a formal list going???

Ok, end of July it is. The August long weekend isn't until the 4-6 so the weekend before that will be it. It's going to be Saturday July 28th, 2012.

Prefer someone who's from down there to take the lead on this one. Plan the route and the end spots/timings.

I think if we are in Brampton we should take a small detour and hit up forks of the credit. It's not that far north or we can make it another trip if not.

Well do that for a brampton meet lol. Ive only been to forks on bikes. I don't know if it will be worth it in a car.

I was going to suggest it so I went there today to check it out. To many cops but nice drive. My fav is lower baseline Rd from Trafalgar to Bronte. I LOVE that drive. That is where I do my 3Rd gear pulls. Lol

as long as its not the weekend of the 28th I'm happy. I'll bring a bbq and soccer ball.

Whats Wrong with the 21st ? It gives everyone much more time.

The 14th and 24th weekend seem to be the only options.

14th and the 21st are both good for me as well as the sundays, as long as this is planned out soon I will be good to go.

Why can't the track be hit on the 21st ? :S ... With 14th your just going to end up with a half ass meet since its only 2 weeks away. People need to take time off work, family etc.

How about early September, first saturday after labor day. Air is cooler, people are done vacation, school is in, people are back in work mode. No?

I am with Rob early Sept. July is too hot and busy.

I think we should plan something before we end up not doing anything!

No, we aren't doing two invasions. We'll set a date, and whoever can make it, makes it. This is why we had a vote to see what's popular. July looked to be popular based on the poll.

From Ryan's remarks, I would think we are still talking about July....but if so, SOMEONE should be making some decisions VERY SOON! It is already July 2nd.

Is there a way we can do another poll saying this month or september, I am also good for september plus it will be better for planning, if we do switch it we should have it all planned out before the end of this month, this way we won't be rushing like we are now.

Yeah back in April. When people would have had enough time to plan ahead. But No date was set and thats why it seems like a major flop. Its sad it went from like 30-40 cars back in 09 down to 5-10 cars last year.

Okay well either way, ill come.

Yeah no sh!t! this tread was idle so long. I am in on 21 or 22 of July. I won't beat most of you guys racing but i am dowm to see it.
