I'm not going to put a good filter on there for the first oil filling/fresh start wink

EDIT: yup, EVO 8 Enkeis I got from Jay a few months back. Some banging, sanding, more banging and some powder, they came out pretty nice.

I have to agree with Eric on this, you definitely need a build thread. I think I am in love with that throttle body, that is impressive work! Oh and those rims are beautiful.

Hey thanks. The opinion of my peers actually matters to me on this forum. Probably one of the only places I give a F*ck what people think of me smile Means a lot. thanks.

Theres so many things pictured you might not even tell are painfully modified and engineered to "fit" and "function". For example, The SPC upper control arms. Balljoints discontinued and anchors were garbage when I got them. I had to make/modify my own new anchors and modify random adjustable ball joints to be able to use them. One of a thousand things Ive done to this build that you cant just "bolt on"

PS, THANK YOU REZA for the RZA"d Transmission. Im really going to enjoy it smile

I love it when I see someone who has as much or more OCD as me laugh

I was wondering how you went about the thottle body, whether or not your coated the FIAV & ICS housings.

I was considering coating mine for my 6 bolt build but I wasn't sure how the fiav housing would deal with being baked.

I ONLY powdered the TB itself, the ISC, and FIAV, I just sand blasted, and sprayed clear coat paint on them because of the sensitive components that couldnt be baked wink

Ya, that was my feeling, if I'm not mistaken there is wax in the ISC housing.

I think the actual plunger that controls the air flow is rubber too. I have a spare one, maybe I'll take the freeze plug off of it to see how it ticks inside wink

mmmmmm, so fresh!

Hard to tell, is there an emblem in the bumper or is it just the glare? If not I have a spare one like mine sitting here collecting dust.

That gap is there on purpose. Its going to have a shroud allowing air into the space between the rad and FMIC, then it will be cleaned up with rubber mold trim pieces along the edge of the bumber opening.

Just sealed the deal on a 2012 Ralliart in Octane Blue, pick it up Tuesday. Drive it for a day then park it until the 21st of September as I will be getting married and will also be in Costa Rica for our honeymoon.

Last 2012 Octane Blue ralliart in Ontario, and apparently the last year for this colour, according to the dealer.
