Ok I think I must be blind, I'm almost positive that there is a vfaq on the 2G clutch wire mod (so you don't need to press the clutch in, to start the car) but now I can't find it. Could someone help my blind azz out confused

don't have a link to the FAQ but on the clutch pedal there are 2 connectors, one is part way up (the safty switch you want to disconnect) and the other is for the cruise control disengage.
You just need to unclip the connector partway up. There is only 2 connectors attached to the clutch pedal, pull the lower connector and try and start the car, if it doesn't start plug it back in and unclip the other.

I need to fix my cruise clutch switch. I was cruising down the 401 at 130k with my cruise on, was coming up to some traffic so I went to put my foot on the clutch to coast and slow down a bit. Well the cruise control didn't disengage, RPMS dam near redlined, scared the **** out of me.
