Would like to post a service announcement for everyone.

I am halfway through my Jerky so I think we can start putting a list together for the next order. I am not looking for flavours just want to know who will be involved. Order won't be placed for another 2-3 weeks.

So.. just realized: the meat meet was only a week ago.

There's no way I'm waiting 2-3 more weeks smile

I'll probably order up and drive down sometime next week to get some. Not trying to highjack, but if anybody else wants to skip shipping and have me pick them something up, let me know.

The ad seems to have disappeared, so I will copy the flavours from Gui's post

Honey Garlic- mild, medium, hot, extra hot
Smokey Teriyaki- mild, medium, hot, extra hot
Peppered Jerky Sticks- mild, medium, hot, extra hot
Cajun style beef jerky
Smokey Bhut Jolokia Beef Jerky- are you brave enough to give it a try?

I'll be picking up a pound of hot honey garlic and a pound of cajun style jerky sticks. I'm happy to go half and half on a couple if people want to try new flavours.

For the record, the extra hot is far more intense then the smokey bhut, which was actually very tasty.

I'd be down for some hot honey garlic smile

Yeah I didn't actually find the smokey bhut to be THAT spicy. It really had a fantastic taste though.

Would you want to split on a pound Johnny? If so then I might grab a third flavour for myself... laugh

Okay so let's get this rolling:

1) Jeremy - .5lb cajun jerky sticks, 1lb hot honey garlic, 1lb smokey bhut
2) Terry - .5lb cajun jerky sticks
3) Bryan - 1lb cajun beef jerky
4) Johnny - 1lb hot honey garlic

Johnny, if you'd rather go halfs on the pound of hot honey garlic, I'm down. Just let me know.

If anybody else wants in at all, post up quick. I'll be putting in the order on Monday and picking up one night this week.

A reminder of flavours:

Honey Garlic- mild, medium, hot, extra hot
Smokey Teriyaki- mild, medium, hot, extra hot
Peppered Jerky Sticks- mild, medium, hot, extra hot
Cajun style beef jerky
Smokey Bhut Jolokia Beef Jerky- are you brave enough to give it a try?

Jeez, way to go Johnny...

1) Jeremy - .5lb Cajun Jerky Sticks, 1lb Hot Honey Garlic, 1lb Smokey Bhut, 1lb Hot Smokey Teriyaki
2) Terry - .5lb Cajun Jerky Sticks
3) Bryan - 2lb Cajun Beef Jerky
4) Johnny - 1lb Hot Honey Garlic, 1lb Smokey Bhut
5) Alex Ak - 2lb Mild Peppered Beef Jerky Sticks, 1lb of Hot Peppered Jerky Sticks
6) Stephan - 2lb Hot Honey Garlic, 2lb Cajun Jerky Sticks, 1lb Medium Smokey Teriyaki
7) Guillaume - 1lb Medium Honey Garlic, 1lb Cajun Beef Jerky

Sorry, the some-capitalized-some-not was driving my OCD insane. Just so you guys know, there is a difference between Cajun Beef Jerky and Cajun Jerky Sticks (jerky is the flat rectangular pieces, sticks are the long thin pieces like I had at the last meet). I believe all the flavours they offer are available in both. And once again, a reminder of flavours:

Honey Garlic- mild, medium, hot, extra hot
Smokey Teriyaki- mild, medium, hot, extra hot
Peppered Jerky Sticks- mild, medium, hot, extra hot
Cajun Style Beef Jerky
Smokey Bhut Jolokia Beef Jerky- are you brave enough to give it a try?

I am planning on mentioning that it's the same people who put in a big order a couple weeks ago. Plus, I'll be picking up, so they can put a face to our name (one good side to being a ginger - we're easily remembered tongue )

Haha, yeah good call.
Just give him my name, I called him a few times so he should remember the name.

Jeremy I know I didn't make the deadline but if possible I would like to add 1 lb of Cajun Jerkey sticks, 2 lb of mild honey garlic and 1 lb of medium honey garlic.

Let me know if I'm too late shuffle

That's fine, I had to shoot out and didn't order tonight. So you want 1.5lb Cajun Jerky Sticks total?
