OK you eastern ontarioians: SPDA/St Lac. autocross at picton airport both sat and sunday. I'll be there in my black 2g with faded paint and a hood vent on Sunday to get destroyed as usual. Its a great event, high speeds, lots of cool cars. Even if you don't have a running car you can come and get some ride alongs for a cost of 0$ ( I believe they allow spectators). http://stlac.ca

Oh man, they cancelled the event after lunch because the wind was blowing the cones around (lame) but boy did I make the most of it! They just let us use the course for an hour...3 full length runways, basically shared between me and two friends for an hour.
Needless to say I completely destroyed my R-compound tyres (like wore through the rubber, through the underlay, through several layers of kevlar and half through the steel belt in spots!). Spun going well over 100km/h a half dozen times.
