Ya well. CAA wont tow my camper, haul loads of dirt, lumber or bricks, and comfortably take a full family on a day trip. Plus i hate depending on other people.

I just dislike gas guzzlers. Heck even the Dodge can my dad has guzzles like a chick trying to hang with the big crowd at a party

I did a Kramer run today trying to see how far I could stretch the gas light until it died, made it to RTM though

I like diesels especially when making 1500+ ft/lbs of torque...

I had a 99 Dakota with the 318, got about 16-18mpg, the Ram 2500 Cummins gets around 20mpg, with or without 8000lbs behind it.

C/F hood on the other hand looks great. How much was it to your door? PM me if you prefer. I need to get one as well.

Meh, I find it more functional there actually: blocks no air damns, plugs the holes, and allows me to put an oil cooler later on the driver side. Kills the look a bit, but lets face it, my bumper ain't much to look at anyway.

Plus I'm getting frustrated with this car lately, so Duck it, it's staying. The 1g is just made to work. I just make it somewhat passable for pretty because my brain tells me to.

Just grab those black plastic "Christmas tree" plugs and plug those holes.

Previous owner of my car fucked up with mounting the front plate so after buying the front bracket, I relocated it to the oem spot and just used a bit of plastic bondo, touch up paint and done.

Aerocatch hood pins in, close and open properly. Made the install stealthy on the under hood while retaining as much as possible the structural rigidity (via fiberglass skeleton). Although, I'm off a bit on where the hood pins are located in relation to one another. Took me a while, but made it work.

I started on the body work! Restored the peeling rails under the windows, typical 1G problem:



Sanding. Fenders were thankfully super clean. A couple dings and very minimal surface rust, along with a lot of clear coat peel. The roof is next to go under the sanding block!

Were both rollin now!!
