Jamie Valcamp was at my place this afternoon and we "noodled" with his EVOVIII LDS. Quite interesting of a project might I say.

Anywho; let me know if you have one for sale. All I'd be interested would be the LSD.

Second item is even longer of a shot; Front LSD for a 2G Tranny.

Just go buy one from Malaysia. The one i got was incredibly clean. I had the guy email me pics of all the ones he had and i chose the cleanest looking one. The thing was mint. I have since sold it to Corte Beech. You cannot find a better deal. Forget the EVO 8/9 stuff. Its overpriced.

I would even go around ebay and email this guy separately to try and get a better price outside ebay fees.

Will you be using the shim kit i left with Jamie? Mine has since been installed into my pumpkin ready to go into the car. My muscle car uncle shimmed it for me for the preloads.

I also bought mine from Malaysia on eBay, I'm pretty sure it's the same seller. Came in in perfect condition.

Jeeze if Iknew they could be gotten for that cheap.. I would have that direction.

Looks like there's better options now but when I got my evo8 rear diff I paid $550 all in for it (bought off evom), but then was able to sell the rest of the diff, without LSD to make $200 back.

For those that buy one of these, check bearing fit on the cover end, as it could be loose. You can get a much beefier, billet cover from TRE if yours has an issue, but they don't come cheap.
