Zero the toe out completely all around. Evo's come stock with positive tow which kills the tires in no time. My Evo came brand new with quite a bit toe in especially in the rears. I have zeroed everything else since.
The rears camber is adjustable. For the fronts, just flip the bolt as mentioned for more negative camber. My car is still on stock suspension, so the stock adjustment is still fine for me. I was able to zero out toe all around. Camber on the front is a little more aggressive than the rears, something close to -0.50, and they match from left to right.

Instead of starting a new thread, I thought I'd add to this, and ask what you guys think. Rear right toe arm is seized, so that was the best they could do, and matched the left side to the right. Steering wheel was pulling to the left and did not want to sit straight going straight on the summer wheels/tires, and since putting on the winters, same thing. http://1drv.ms/1QD7Ish

i think you need to fix the permissions on that image. Mine were the same state, I still haven't fixed it yet as I was planning to do the rear end swap anyways.
