Passed smog with flying colors. Also got AC recharged after i swapped to 99 model compressor with new AC condencer & ac lines. Blows really cold air & does not take away as much power as 95/96 style compressor. After 18 years, I had no choice but to finally lose the factory 16" rims to make room for modern brakes (aka EVO Brembos / PFC 2-Piece Front Rotors, Brembo Rear Slotted Rotors / Stop Tech Pads) but tried to keep everything OEM Mitsu. I already started making bracket for flex fuel sensor I also have ecmlink wiring that goes together with sd. With 2.3 gallons of e85 and 91 to top it up it increased combinedFT value by about 5%. Therefore, car ran leaner but not lean enough to blow stuff up.
