Initially they informed me that a dead transmission would be reimbursed.
When I went back just to find out what to do next and get advice on "crossing the t's and dotting the i's", I was treated like a criminal and accused to be a fraudster by their Service Department.
As a long term customer, who has also bought two vehicles from them, I was appalled by the reaction. All I wanted was their aid, and what I received was frustration and insulting behaviour.
While their car sales division seems very good, their Service Department has proven that they don't care about long term customers.
