So yesterday I was working on the car and started it up and was letting it idle. I turned on the headlights and then the car stalled. So I went to start it up again and it wouldn't start. Hooked my laptop up and found that tps was stuck at 100% again.

Really confused as to why it would throw the tps off again when I turned on the headlights. Any suggestions what to check would be appreciated. Almost ready to get another harness and swap it out.

Unplug the tps at the sensor. What reading do you get at the laptop?

Then you have a wiring issue. Maybe look for an mice evidence probably have something feeding power to the tps signal wire.
