Just got an email about this guy. Saying it's 7 x faster than the last gen one. Is it just smoke and mirrors? It's only 10$ more so seems like a great deal but based on the description it's using the same sensor.

Is it faster? Probably.

Will it make a difference on the DSM ecu which is pretty slow honestly? Most likely not.

Ah ok, I got you!!

So the sampling speed of the sensor might have gone up but the dsm ecu isn't any faster.
Just sucks they don't specify sample rate, they don't even state the 7 x faster thing on the website it's only in the email I got.

I'm using the old Innovate LC-1 & with the stock setting response time I actually found it already too fast (would jump around a bit too much), so I had to slow the response time/averaging. Not sure if it was actually picking up the individual cylinder pulses, like I've heard it can do but as mentioned, any of their products are going to have the ability for quicker response time then you'll need.
