Does anyone know of someone who can port my turbo (big 16G) and install a gigger flapper?

I think Nick Boers used to do it, but his profile says he moved to Prague CZ.

I am parking my car this winter, so I just need someone who can do it between now and April.

Any help will be appretiated. Thanks.
