Has anyone ever used JDM coils with the stardard CND/USA wiring.
Are the primary and secondary resistance with in specs?

I ask because my friend has a bad coil and I have a spare JDM coil however the wiring is slightly different (I assume the little box thing on the JDM unit is a rectifier for the tachometer)
However the coils look similer in design I was just wondering if I remove the JDM wiring and just wire up the coils like the Cnd/US coils if it will work.
