Got the beast back today whaaa hooooooooooo and now its gone!!! Had it for about 3.5 hrs test drove it ,than i had to take Radim (guy who built my car) back to Marcos shop to pick up his car and forgot his keys backin scarborough,so we headed back there but we were having problems with it leaning big time above 5psi in 3rd 4th and 5th. So we decided that he takes the car back and fixes that problem. So tommorow shes gonna recive new fuel pump bigger injectors and whatever else not sure. But she pulled like hell in first and 2nd at 8psi even with the major wheel spin! WOW!! Cant wait till i can realy run it without worying about leaning/blowing up! Let u know what happens ------------------ DSM Powered Hyundai GO LEAFS GO!!!!!

correct me if i am wrong guys, but as far as i know, you cannot run a NT hyundai ECU with a turbo dsm engine,...can u? i mean for one thing, there is a knock sensor on the turbo engine,...and the NT hyudai engines dont have such a thing, therefore the ECU doesnt have a knock sensor pin! air/fuel parameters are totally different... and you cannot just slap on bigger injectors...you need a fuel computer. i mean we use 450's, and we cannot just slap on 550's without either a different vpc chip or reprogrammed ECU or an add on fuel comp. otherwise it will idle like crap... and runs wayyyy too funny to even come close to passing emissions. he can perhaps install a boost sensitive fuel press regulator, thats about it...not sure how much that will help. the bottom line is this,... a 1G car with something as little as a 2G vpc chip (same injector rating even) wont run right... how do u expect it to operate flawlessly with a totally diff ECU ... made for NT applications? ------------------ Live Love Eat Sleep Think Drive VW 90 TSI AWD, 10MPG, 0~100 in 5s 69 VW Beetle sunroof deluxe 45MPG,0~100 (n/a, it does not even reach 100)

I always liked sleepers. I mean, what can qualify more as a sleeper than a Hyundai Sonata? Just try to imagine the look on the Camero/Rustang driver who's been smoked by a HYUNDAI SONATA! Happy hunting! ------------------ Francois Villeneuve Le Talon Working on it...

...or a Corvette, or a Supra Turbo, or a 300TT, or a Lotus... You better carry business cards for a shrink that speciallizes in suicide, because that's what those owners are going to turn to after getting `smoked' (no pun intended) by a Hyundai ------------------ Fast & Awesome Handling '90 AWD $h!tbox

Hey Thomas, congrats on getting the car rolling . Man you are going to mess with some peoples sense of reality. It's like putting on CBC classical and getting Pantera. I would love to see some pics if you get a chance to link or download any. Are you running a LSD? I'd like to know what other mods you have as well. This must be the nastiest thing to come out of Korea since Tae Kwan Doe (sp?) best of luck sorting it out and happy hunting. ------------------ Chris "I'll fix it later" Bolt 93 TSi AWD
