I've seen a few new DSM's in the area...just wondering if they are on this sight. One is a red TSi with a blitz front, marroon eclipse and a black TSi. Anyways just post if your from Newmarket area maybe would could meet at the complex or something pop the hoods and shoot the breeze for a bit or maybe at my place in Glenway. I know Lucy and Rick are around let's see who else is out there.

Wow, were did all these fuckers with DSM's come from? Hahaha, whenever I roll around newmarket, I never see any DSM's. I use to live there for 5 years, now I am just outside of it. The cops there make me nervous... spy

I'm from Keswick which is 'close' to newmarket. I drive a white 1G with a ricey talon sticker on the front window.

Scotty smile

On a side note, would anyone be nice enough to swing up to Keswick for an hour or 2 if I run into problems dropping my tranny?

Scotty, I live in Keswick. I also gotta do some work, mostly in the sense that I need to replace my bottom end. Maybe we can set something up. I work nights by the way.. Seann, we'll have to set something up as well. On a Saturday sometime, I hope that I'll have the car back for it though. I'll help with the BBQ if we set it up.

Black TSi is probably a buddy of mine from Oak Ridges. The Maroon Eclipse is my other buddy, Mike. I'm pretty sure he's the only one with a maroon eclipse. He lives in aurora.

Well, there's always a chance the black one was me, but I usually wave. I'm usually up for a chat in the evening or whatever, it'll give me an excuse to wash my car.

Black 1g with JSP wing would be me, banner on the front says 13th Apostle. I know I'm a ricer, but I got performance too.

I'm always into something, let me know!

Cool guys...my rides in the shop until I figure out WTF is wrong with it. Anyone interested in settting up a little meet or something send me email addresses...we could all get together at one of the car washes or my place or something.

Hey guys,

My parents live in Newmarket and I am down there every once in a while. I drive a 99 Black Eclipse GSX.

Did any of you guys put your cars in the little car show they had last year at the Go station?

What's up with the car Sean? I followed another red GSX across Davis today and there was a black 2g eclipse at the coin-op by huron heights last night. What's with all the eclipses??? there's a red spyder around too...man.

I know....we're getting to be almost as common as Civics...lol. I guess they all just have good taste!! The car is doing the same shaking thing as it was last year, I'm not sure if you remember my post. I got a dozen tips to help ranging from suspension to the transfer case confused
Anyways I raised it up to put it on a hoist and the vibrations stopped so now i'm in an entire new realm of confusion. I would like to try to arrange a get together this weekend if she's out of the shop before I sell. I will probably be emailing you guys this week for a little Saturday or Sunday wash or something like that.

Just saw a SICK red 2g with a universal JSP wing, huge front mount, exhaust, ... etc. It was driving on young street at Pfaff. Thats a nice car man!!

Was it one of you? We should get a little Newmarket meet together.

I'm down with that. I was gonna organize one a week or two ago but my car is SCREWED. I'm hopefully taking it to Magnus tommorrow...she won't even move. As soon as I get it back i'm up for a meet. Maybe the car wash by Huron Heights or something like that.

Seann, whats the word man. I thought that you might have gotten rid of the car. Glad to hear that you still own it, sorry to hear about the not moving and all. Let me know whats up for the meet. If it's on a Saturday, I'll help with some sort of after party.

...I can't sell her...especially now that I just joined the Jackstand Racing team. I'm gonna take it to Magnus as soon as they're free and Marco said he'd try to figure out what's wrong...plus install all my stuff while it's there!!! It's gonna be a fun summer!! Don't forget I still have the stock I/C with the plumming plus the upper pipes for ya for free just come pick them up. Try to do it soon cause I'm cleaning out my garage.

Hey guys,

Do any of you own a green 95/96 Talon AWD?

I was down in Newmarket this weekend and had a few good stop light pulls with the above Talon. Just wondering if it was anyone on here?

James,

Was it you in the Black 1G cruisin up Yonge street to Queensville sd. Rd. Sounded like a 3" out the back?

Or was it someone else?

You cruised right by my place, I was gonna jump in the car and make chase, but I was blocked in. And the person would think I was crazy, if they weren't from this board.

Rob

I did, however, see about 1000 C5s...none willing to teach me a lesson though.

Rob. What street do you live on?, I'm in Holland Landing weekly. It wasn't me that went past you man. I've got a 2g with a 3", but It's been on the Jack Stands for about a month. Another spun rod bearing, oh well, time for a mean bottom end rebuild. Seann, from the sympotoms that you told me, it could be the transfer case. Check to see if the recall was done.

I did check the recall...it was done. I just dropped it off at Magnus about half an hour ago. Hopefully I'll know whats up soon. I'm gonna get my new turbo and stuff installed while they have it there.

Hey Chris, let me tell you. You made the biggest mistake of your life buying a non-turbo. I've learned from experience.
