well i pulled into my apartment building parking lot and my engine caught on fire. Im just lookin at the flames and im in shock. Luckly i put the fire out befor the hole car went up. just the engine bay and entire engine is gone. what can i do, can i fix this can i put a new engine in it. Also any know a shop i can go to i want to buy i back from insurance. I just put a body kit on it which cost me over $3000. what can i do

Talk to your insurance company. You do have the rights to the salvage.
You just have to match the highest bidder and pay the insurance company that price. That would be a lot cheaper then finding out who it goes to and purchasing it back from them.
