If we have to be there by 4pm to check in, anyone want to do a caravan to the Hotel that leaves at 2pm from T.O (or surrounding area)?

Alex, lets make it 2:15 @ Tim Horton's on Hwy #10 (Hurontario) and Brittania (1 street south of the 401)

we can leave by 2:30pm and meet some more out in Cambridge @ 3:00pm

then head out to London for ~4:00pm

I'm in, but remember, to keep the rooms, we HAVE to be there by 4:00. So we will have to keep a quick pace, but I doubt thats a problem for everyone, you know, you need to make room for race gas, right!

2:15 at Timmies is fine by me. An hour and a half from Hurontario should give us perfect timing even if were doing 120...

Oh yeah, I also got around 3 cases of beer to get rid of.. I won't be drinking it myself so y'all are welcome to dip in. Maybe someome could bring a cooler.. that would be grand.

Most likely there will be a caravan leaving Magnus but not sure of the time. We leave Magnus and meet at Tims on 10 but 2:15 is too late because we never leave on time.

So make it a caravan that LEAVES from timmies at 2:15, as opposed to shows up then.
Nino, your going to have to make sure the caravan from magnus leaves on time. I dont think we've ever left Marco's shop on schedule.
