Ok guys... I've spent a bit of time over the last few weeks and have come up with a T-Shirt design for this years Shoot Out that I'll be having made up. Here it is.. Front and Back



It's not open for a vote or criticism and changes, that format has wasted too much time in the past and is not worth the hassle.

What I'd like to know is who would like one. It'll be in 2 sizes XL and XXL (basic one size fits all deal) and only in white. So please specify size and quantity in your reply.

I want to get numbers by the end of the month to place the order...if you want one, make sure you have your order in by May 31, orders will NOT be accepted after that.. once I get an idea of how many I need to have made, I can figure out a price (I can't see them being much more than $15-20/shirt)

Also realize that once you have spoken for a quantity and size, consider your order filled. All I require is a little common courtesy that once you've spoken, you hold to your word and pay for them once they arrive. If they are finished substantially before the SO, I could mail them to you (at additional cost), however, as with 2 years ago, it worked very well just handing them out once we got there (for those going).

I'll get two XLs for sure. Is waiting until the shootout good enough for payment, or would you like a cheque or something mailed in advance??

it's ok.. you don't need to send anything in advance, waiting until the S.O. for payment is fine (that's when the shirts can be picked it up as well)..I still have to figure out the 'final' price, I've only got a ballpark figure right now..

..all I was trying to stress was that if someone wanted one, or two, etc... that they stick by their word, and pay for what they said they ordered. I have no problem with payment received when the shirts are picked up.

For those that would like a shirt, but may not be going to the S.O., shipping and payment arrangements can be made

So far the pricing is falling within what I mentioned above.. I want to note, and I originally forgot, sorry, is that the XXLs may be a couple dollars more because of the size it will still be within the $15-20 range, just that it will be a couple more than the XLs

But, now that I have some quantities to work with, I can discuss this further with the suppliers.

OK, I've got everyone that has replied to me for shirts (here or by email) marked down. Here's the list, please look it over. If there's a problem with what I have marked down for you let me know ASAP



For anyone who may be on the fence about ordering,if you want a shirt you MUST have your order in by this Friday, June 1, I will not be accepting any orders afterward.

The order for the shirts will be placed next week. At that point I will be able to get a final price per shirt. I can confirm at this point that they will be between $15 and $20/shirt taxes in, and the XXL will be about $2 more than the XL. I will pass the final price info along once it is established.

At this point, if the timing works out, I should have the shirts available for the July 1st Lunch meet. Those who can make it can pay and pick them up that day; for those that can't, I will handle your orders on an individual basis and we will work out how best to get them to you.

The orders are now final, the list above has been updated. I've talked with the place that's making the shirts and due to the quantity for order the prices are:

$17 for XL
$19 for XXL

As I've mentioned, once I get the shirts we can make arrangements to pick them up and pay for them. It will likely be that some of you can pick them up at the July Lunch Meet, some I will ship out, and the remaining can be picked up at the S.O.
