Purchased used vpc and would like to know if anyone can send me a copy of wiring diagram? Most of it is self explainatory but there is one lone brown wire I'm not sure of plus one 6 plug connector with 5 wires. (Smaller wires black-red-white-orange-brown) 90-1G-turbo-AWD 49state unit. All help much appreciated. Thanks, DM

David, The 6 plug connector is to hookup the GCC (only if you have one)and the brown wire is for an F-con (the vpc works with either one fo them) In other words, you don't need em. I will see if I can find the instructions though. They are really much help typical HK$ stuff ------------------ Purple Plymouth Guy 1992 Laser AWDThe 11 second car with the 13 second driver...

Hey MARK.. your running a VPC right.. are you using a GCC or a AFC to tune that thing? Do you really need the GCC or afc. i know it allows you to tune the injectors at 500 rpm intervals ect, but ill be hooking up the VPC and PFC F-CON.. Now do ya think i should run the GCC, AFC or just leave it alone and run the stock (f-con) fuel maps and timing ???
just wanna know if the GCC AFC is gonna make a big diff in my case!
thanks ROB

Well, I think it depends on the amount of mods...The VPC alone was good enough for 12's with my 16g. I put the GCC on when I went to the 550's and the 20g. Some of the datalogging group uses a VPC/AFC combo, but I don't know how hard that is to tune and how much better it is than a VPC/GCC combo ------------------ Purple Plymouth Guy 1992 Laser AWDThe 11 second car with the 13 second driver...
