Oil: don't know. Most people say synthetic at recommended intervals, or regular changed twice as often. (At least until their car hits 100kkm or so, then it's old and they don't care anyway.... ) Tranny: http://members.home.com/costall/1000Q/answers-problems.htm#Mytransmissionshiftspoorly ------------------ S. 1000 AAQ: 1000q.dsm.org ECU Primer: members.home.net/costall/ECUprimer/index.html

My car has never had synthetic. Just regular changed every 5000 km. 226 000 km, and it still only goes through about 500 ml / oil change, good compression.. etc.. ------------------ 1992 Eagle Talon Tsi FWDSuperiority after 60'.. ICQ # 9622983 www3.sympatico.ca/steve.kinnaird
Now, I'll have all kinds of time to talk about DSMs, because I won't be busy fixing mine!
