Attended the first solo2 of the season yesterday. Just had my ground-controls (500f/300r) w/Koni shocks installed two weeks ago.

WOW, DID I EVER SUCK ! [Linked Image]

Last year i was stock (exhaust and K&N), this year i have the GC w/Koni's, and a few power mods. Still running the same G-Force R1's (245-45-16) as last year.

I didn't have to tool to lower the GC kit, i had a shop install the kit and didn't realize i couldn't move adjustment ring until at the event. The car is sitting at about stock height now, i wanted to lower it to the ground. [Linked Image]

I'm running both shocks at about the same hardness (3/4 full hard).

I know if i lower the front wheel air pressure i can reduce oversteer, how does this work with the shocks?

At the event i had a lot of understeer (at low speeds) with a bit of oversteer (at higher speeds). This over/under steer may have also been due to the wheels bouncing over the bumps, i think i had the shocks set to hard?

The only other thing i can comment on is while going though a slalom i would crank the wheel and it felt like nothing happened, than all of a sudden it was like the tires grabbed and the car would literally fling to the left or right (depending). Not very smooth, and very hard to control.

Anyone want to share there thoughts or experience with this? All comments welcome!
