Yes they will fit... For the 97 & up you need to change the headlights. I changed my 95 Talon over to the 97 Eclipse, front and rear bumper with all the lights and the wing. It's easy to do the front end but the rear is hard because you need to cut off and weld some mounts, plus you need to change all the tail light wiring in the rear end.
