This morning I scored some free time away from building the house and worked on the car.

Installed the starter, made sure all ground wires were clean and true. Installed the battery.

Tried to start the car...it wanted to turn over but felt almost like no fuel? or a drained battery.

I got the wife to head to CT and get them to test the battery (load test).

JU & Ziggy. I have not tested the resistence yet. As for the ECU caps I will look at them later today.
