they wont cover it. Even if they install the part. My buddy has an 06 or 07 eclipse gt and they installed a aftermarket clutch and said it wouldnt void the warrenty. 8 months later, they tranny ate itself from the inside out( less then 50k km). When the took it apart to see what went wrong they blamed it on the clutch and voided they warrenty. Wouldnt even put the car back together for him. had to have it towed out of the dealership. He ended up buying a used tranny off of ebay..
