Grant, sick! My buddy has a 2001 or 2000 S4 and he just recently bought a bunch of parts to take it to "Stage 3". Why do Audi guys talk to stages? I was confused, or maybe it's just my dumb buddy. K04 turbos I believe, and a new chip, plus downpipes.
That's what the kit consisted of if I remember correctly.

Guess you'll bee seeing him on occasion if you go to the Audi meets.

Thanks Michael. Audi goes by set Staged upgrades. My car for example:

Stage 0: Stock
Stage 0+: Preventative maintenance (DV's, hoses, etc.)
Stage 1: +Chipped
Stage 2: +Exhaust
Stage 2+: +gutted or aftermarket downpipes
Stage 3-: +K04 turbos without fueling or intercoolers
Stage 3: K04s + complete fueling kit (injectors, fpr, fuel pump, specific tune) and intercoolers
Stage 4: Same as Stage 3 but with bigger turbos (GT 25's,28's, etc.)

I'm currently at Stage 2 (chip + exhaust) and will soon be 2+ once I gut my downpipes this summer.
