Jay, on my 91 Galant AWD(non turbo) 5spd, the car sat that way from the factory. I hated it, it looked stupid and handled wierd.

I put in 1g AWD front springs. It sits a little wee bit lower in the front now. Its way better. Handles better, looks good and works well.

Cost was free, as used 1g springs are free or at least cheap.

Put in some camber bolts(front upper strut bolt hole) while you are in there, and align it with as much negative front camber as you can get. Probably -1.1 to -1.4 deg. Dial in about 0.8-1.1 negative in the rear too. Set toe SLIGHTLY in in the front and 0 in the rear. Seems to work really well. Car handles beautifully for what it is and doesnt wear tires wierdly.
