Yea it looks like the exhaust cam is almost fully retarded. If thats how they line up after degreeing, then it should be fine.

To sum up Daren's posts above you should have just gotten a REAL Forced Performance turbo wink

Its still a nice turbo you have, and I really like the way those Tial housings look smile
