What Reza said is the best/easiest way to do it, leave the front shaft in place line it up with the marks and silicon the seal to the front b-shaft spacer, then remove & replace rear B-shaft with the Misu 1.6L stub shaft, reasemble without B-shaft belt,.. done.

The front shaft bearings are fed by the block oiling holes, the rear shaft is fed through the oil pump and down the centre of the rear b-shaft to the bearings, incase someone else reads this and doesn't understand
