The 90-92 non-turbos were called just the Talon, or base and came with a 4G63NT. In '93, the 4G37 was introduced to the Talon lineup, so they needed a name to separate the non-turbo's. Thus, 93-94 4G37 was called the Talon DL, and 93-94 4G63NT was the Talon ES.
